I (Lindsay) have been helping clients buy and sell homes throughout Montgomery, Bucks, and Philadelphia Counties for over nine years. I’m passionate about understanding our clients' needs and creating strategies that help them navigate the market with confidence. My goal is to be a strong advocate from our first conversation to closing day.

With a lifetime in construction, Dave brings his experience as an award-winning Design/Build General Contractor. His eye for detail and deep knowledge of homes add a valuable perspective to our team. Lindsay

I was born and raised in Bucks County and have spent the past 11 years living in Montgomery County. After graduating from Penn State in 2008 with a degree in Marketing and a minor in Spanish, I began my career in business development—an area that has always fueled my professional passion.

Right out of college, I moved to North Carolina and worked as a buyer for a leading surf and kiteboarding company. After two years, I returned to Pennsylvania, where I took on a dual role as both buyer and account manager for a prominent nationwide distribution company. Over the next seven years, I advanced to managing the buying team, leading and developing the department through a period of significant company growth. During my time there, the company’s customer base doubled, and I gained invaluable experience in negotiation, client relationships, and strategic planning.

That experience laid a strong foundation for my real estate career. I bring the same strategic mindset, attention to detail, and client-first approach to every transaction—whether helping buyers find the right home or guiding sellers through the listing process. My background allows me to navigate complex negotiations with confidence and ensure my clients feel informed and supported every step of the way.

 Dave Betz

Having grown up in a family construction business that has proudly served Montgomery, Bucks, and Philadelphia Counties for over 115 years, I’ve been immersed in this area—and its homes—for as long as I can remember.

I was born and raised in Abington and graduated from Abington High School. Weekends and summers growing up were often spent on job sites, working as a carpenter’s apprentice for the family business. After earning my degree in Marketing from Bloomsburg University, I moved to North Carolina’s Outer Banks, where I worked as Sales Manager for the world’s largest kiteboarding and surfing company.

Eventually, the pull of home brought me back to Abington, where I took over the family business. As a design-build contractor, I specialized in high-end projects—additions, kitchens, baths, and custom millwork—honing my skills in both craftsmanship and client service. Always eager to expand my knowledge and skill set, transitioning into real estate felt like a natural next step. Earning my license allowed me to work alongside my wife, Lindsay, an accomplished and award-winning agent.

My years as a general contractor have given me a sharp eye for design, a deep understanding of building systems, and strong sales and marketing experience. This unique combination of skills sets me apart in the real estate industry and allows me to offer clients valuable insight at every stage of the buying or selling process.
